Small Group Training
What is it?
Small group training offers tailored workouts to a collective group's specific goals, abilities, and needs.
David is able to combine personal training with Pilates to address the group's fitness objectives. For example, a tailored training programme might include Pilates movements to improve core strength, flexibility, and posture, while also integrating other exercises for cardiovascular fitness or strength training.
This approach allows couples or friends to work out together and feel more comfortable in a private studio setting.
