Reformer Pilates

What is it?

Reformer Pilates is a specific type of Pilates that uses a machine called a reformer, and improves:

  • Core muscle activation and strength

  • Flexibility

  • Posture

Reformer Pilates differs from regular Pilates as you use a machine rather than a mat and your body weight for exercises. A Reformer machine provides resistance to make exercises more challenging.
