What is it?

Pilates is a specific form of exercise which focuses on helping to improve:

Pilates is for ​anyone as we tailor all of our programmes to your individual needs! Due to the low impact of Pilates training, it is particularly good for people with existing muscle, joint or other health issues that stop them from participating in other forms of exercise.
