Personal Training involves one-on-one or two-on-one guidance from David who tailors workouts to your specific goals, abilities, and needs.

 

David is able to combine personal training with Pilates to address your specific fitness objectives. For example, a tailored training programme might include Pilates movements to improve core strength, flexibility, and posture, while also integrating other exercises for cardiovascular fitness or strength training.

 

This personalised approach ensures that personal training is well-rounded and targeted to align with your goals.
